  • Digital tools and technology platforms
  • Soft landing packages for newcomers to Canada
  • Ongoing business support and consultation
Payment Terms
  • Payment is due according to the agreed schedule in your service agreement
  • We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified cheques
  • Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
  • Refunds are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee policy
  • Government fees and third-party costs are separate from our service fees
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes for immigration applications
  • Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information
  • We are not liable for delays caused by government processing times
  • Force majeure events are excluded from liability claims
Intellectual Property
  • All website content, tools, and materials are our intellectual property
  • Clients receive limited license to use our digital tools during service period
  • Client retains ownership of their business information and documents
  • We may use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes
  • Unauthorized reproduction of our materials is prohibited
  • Third-party trademarks are property of their respective owners
Client Responsibilities

Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any false or misleading information may result in service delays or termination.

Timely Response

You agree to respond promptly to our requests for information, documentation, or approvals to avoid project delays.

Compliance

You must comply with all applicable Canadian laws and regulations related to your business operations.

Confidentiality

You agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by our company.

Service Delivery and Timelines

We strive to deliver services within the timelines specified in your service agreement. However, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control:

  • Government processing times and requirements
  • Delays in receiving required information from client
  • Changes in government regulations or procedures
  • Force majeure events
Termination

By Client

You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Fees for completed work are non-refundable, except as provided in our money-back guarantee.

By Company

We may terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or provision of false information. We may also terminate with 30 days notice for any reason.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, access to digital tools will cease, and we will provide completed work products. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Negotiation: Good faith discussions between parties
  2. Mediation: Binding mediation through a qualified mediator
  3. Arbitration: Final binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario

The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
